Yes you can. We will do our best to estimate the vehicle time of arrival but, in order to avoid the wait we strongly suggest making a reservation in advance at no additional charge.
We can make whatever special arrangements you like. We will stock the bar with your preferred beer, wine, liquor or champagne, put flowers, balloons or special napkins inside the limousine, play a special soundtrack for your ride, or anything else you request. Just ask, and we will make your luxury ride a special one, tailored to your individual needs and expectations.
Yes. AET charges $10 more for this service, plus the client pays the parking fee at the airport, because the driver must park his vehicle to go inside the terminal.
Waiting time charges may be incurred if passengers arrive late to a pick-up time. A fifteen (15) minutes courtesy is given on all reservations except airport pick-ups, which is 30 minutes free waiting time from the arrival time for domestic flights and 45 minutes free waiting time for international flight.
Waiting time charges are based on an hourly rate for a particular vehicle. Waiting time charges also apply on all additional stops after the complimentary fifteen (15) minutes expire.
Yes. We can provide you with either a rear-facing infant seat or a forward-facing toddler seat upon request.
*Please note: Our drivers will gladly assist you in installing the car seats, but please be advised it is your responsibility to make sure they are properly installed.*
Accommodates travelers with pets but, please keep the following in mind:
- Must notify the operator when you make the reservation so we can accommodate you. If you fail to do so, the driver has the right to refuse transporting the pet.
- All pets must be leashed or in a special carrier when traveling in a car.
- All pets over twenty-five pounds must ride in a mini-van or a van, with the exception of service dogs.
All vehicles are strictly NON-SMOKING. If any passenger smokes in a vehicle a minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 will apply, plus cost of repairs for any damage related to smoking.
We require either a deposit upfront or a credit card guarantee for potential damage or excessive cleaning costs that could occur during the course of a rental.
All vehicles are stocked with bottled water and mints. Sedans and SUV’s also have Kleenex and local publications. Normally a cooler with bottled water is set up in mini coaches, vans and executive vans. Customers are welcome to bring their own snacks, beverages and coolers. Kegs, Styrofoam or glassware or containers are not permitted on buses or vans. Alcoholic beverages are permitted as passengers consuming in the vehicle are over the age of 21. You may also have American Executive Transportation stock your vehicle with beverages and snacks of choice for an additional charge.
Yes! We love when we have repeat clients that really hit it off with their chauffeur and wish to request them for their next service. By all means, ask our office staff who your last chauffeur was if you cannot remember his/her name.
MEETING POINTS
Outside – Meet curbside on the baggage claim level under the sign of the appropriate airline – must coordinate with chauffeur.
Inside – Meet at baggage claim carousel listed for the passenger’s flight number
Unfortunately drivers can not leave their vehicles unattended but they will be pleased to assist you with your luggage from the side-walk to the vehicle.
Your driver will contact you via text/call upon arrival.
*Please note that you are responsible for waiting time charge from reservation time and not from the time we call. Fifteen (15) minutes free waiting time is given on all reservations as a courtesy.*
OTHER
No smoking allowed in vehicle. Minimum fee of $250 for each carpet or seat burn will be charged.
Any unusual spill, soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger/passenger’s guests will result in a minimum of $250 clean-up-fee charged directly to the credit card on file.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacities.
No alcohol permitted in the vehicle if any minor (under 21 years of age) is present.
Company representative/chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for any type of gross misconduct or inebriation.
Company is not responsible for items left in vehicles.
Company will not be responsible for delays due to traffic conditions, accidents, or any other causes beyond its control.
